As Tropical Strom Beta approached the Texas coast, earlier today, we are starting to see conditions deteriorate.  Many coastal areas saw high water and even some damage.  Here are videos and pictures from Galveston, Port O'Connor, and Seadrift, and Rockport.

Here are some pictures of flooding in the Port O'Connor area from earlier this morning. Please do not attempt to drive on flooded roads.

These pictures are from Texas Parks and Wildlife of flooding in the Seadrift area this morning.

This was LAST NIGHT in Rockport. Flooding was already reported near the bays due to a storm surge.

Water is starting to rise at Moody Gardens in Galveston, the parking lot is almost fully underwater.
