“John Stormont Conference” Friday

The 2015 John Stormont Conference will be at the Victoria College Student Center, 2200 E. Red River Street in Victoria, Friday morning starting at 8am. This year's subject will be "Prison and Punishment - The Texas Prison System". The conference gives students, faculty, and the community an opportunity to hear presentations on social sciences.  It is sponsored by the Victoria College Division of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.  The Stormont conference format includes presenters who speak 20 minutes on a selected conference topic. Admission is free
