Five Below, Ulta & Burlington Coming to Victoria Shopping Hub

Oh great, I try to keep my shopping addictions at a safe distance, but that’s about to get a lot harder with a Five Below opening just around the corner. And it’s not just them, the City of Victoria just announced that Burlington, Ulta Beauty, and Five Below are officially part of a brand-new shopping center being built next to Kohl’s, and honestly? It’s the best kind of trouble.

Construction for Phase One is already underway and expected to wrap up by next spring. Even more exciting? Phase Two begins this August and will bring more retail and restaurant options to Victoria.

Since the announcement, residents have been flooding the comments with their dream picks for Phase Two. Topping the wish list? Chipotle, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Old Navy,  all requested multiple times. Many are also hoping for options like Trader Joe’s, MOD Pizza, Dave & Buster’s, and even a Barnes & Noble(or Hastings???)

While some pointed out that Victoria has tried and lost certain chains before, the overall vibe is hopeful and buzzing with anticipation.

This new development is more than just shopping; it’s about giving Victorians the variety and excitement they’ve been craving. Whether you’re hunting for deals, building a beauty haul, or dreaming of your next burrito bowl, big things are coming.
