Caught on Camera: Wild Fight Breaks Out at Texas Roadhouse

Nothing infuriates me more than reckless violence happening right in front of terrified children. What should have been a lively Saturday night dinner quickly turned into chaos at a Texas Roadhouse, after a massive brawl broke out.

Just after 10 p.m. on June 7, Avon police and Hendricks County deputies were called to a violent scene after reports of a large physical altercation happening inside the meat-loving restaurant. By the time officers arrived, several victims were already injured, and the primary aggressors had taken off.

Video of the fight, captured by a witness, shows the intensity of the moment. Tables were knocked over, people were screaming, and fists were flying in the middle of the dining room.

All of this was happening just feet away from an innocent mother who was shielding her young child.

Police have not confirmed what started the brawl but are continuing their investigation. While rumors quickly spread online, the Avon Police Department clarified that no victims were stabbed and no firearms were discharged during the fight.

"Incidents of this magnitude are certainly not a regular occurrence in our community,” the department said in a statement, adding that officers and emergency responders acted swiftly and effectively.
