It was a fun and busy holiday afternoon at Riverside Park in Victoria, Texas. Families were out, kids were playing, and everything felt normal until a completely naked man was spotted walking through the park.

A Victoria motorcyclist riding through Riverside Park thought at first he saw a man in tan clothing. After stopping to confirm with another man at the park, it turned out much worse. After a closer look, they realized the man wasn’t wearing anything at all.

Labor Day weekend filled the park with children and families, and thankfully, the majority of them had no idea a naked man was roaming around the same area. Worried about what could happen, the witness kept a close eye until Victoria Police finally arrived.

Victoria Police officers rushed to Riverside Park, quickly wrapping the naked man, identified as 31-year-old Logan Caesar, in a blanket. As if that wasn't weird enough, the man’s explanation took the bizarre scene to an entirely new level.

Naked man tells Victoria Police what really happened.

The man explained to the police that he had met another man the night before for sex. When he refused to go along with where the encounter was supposed to happen, he said the other man beat him, stole his car, and even took his clothes.

That’s why, according to him, he spent the entire night in Riverside Park naked and searching for his stolen vehicle.

According to a witness, officers at the scene also brought up other concerns; there are reports of people bathing and even sleeping in the Guadalupe River near Riverside Park. Thank goodness for diligent good Samaritans who did what they could to keep the park safe, especially during such a high-traffic day.
