HOW HE ESCAPED
The boy managed to escape when his hands were free. "He grabbed my hands, but then he grabbed my phone to put it somewhere else; he forgot my hands were free, so then I opened the door."
NEIGHBORS QUICKLY TRAPPED THE MAN
Thankfully neighbors nearby heard the commotion they quickly came to intervene. A video shared with ABC 13 shows neighbors holding the man down until police arrived.

The man had been identified as Miguel Angel Cordero Ramirez; the man did not live in the area.
A message from his victim is what he hopes happens to Ramirez, "he stays in jail forever and to never do that again so he can learn his lesson."
