This is the third time that this has happened in the past year. Bill Millers in Texas is getting sued for serving BBQ sauce that too hot. This time it caused 3rd degree burn to a 4-year-old boy. In a complaint filed May 29 in Bexar County District Court, Rose Roque accuses Bill Miller of "gross negligence."

KENS TV reports this happened at the Bill Miller location at Loop 410 and Culebra Road in San Antonio.  The suit seeks $1 million in damages for injuries the boy sustained when the sauce, spilled onto his face and body from his grandfather's tray. Watch the full report below.

Bill Miller's has already had to pay up.

Bill Miller BBQ has already been ordered to pay $2.8 million for serving BBQ sauce that was "dangerously hot." Genises Monita ordered breakfast tacos with BBQ sauce in May of 2023. That's a new one, BBQ with a Breakfast taco.

And yet another one, this time the BBQ sauce was so hot, it melted the persons jeans.
