Do you want to know who is the best at punting, passing, and kicking athletic prowess in the Crossroads? Well, join us along with Victoria Parks and Recreation for the ultimate competition in these three events along with the 40-yard dash.

It's Victoria's Parks & Recreation's Punt, Pass, and Kick USA competition, a fun way to compete with friends and find out who is the best in the Crossroads or just where you rank in the community with the skill level you have now.

It's been a rough year for athletes in our communities as many have had to cancel practices and events these past 18 months due to COVID. That being said, kudos to the kids who didn't let the pandemic stop them from training and being a part of the athletics they love.

What is Punt Pass and Kick USA?

The Punt, Pass & Kick USA, Inc. (PP&K) program creates a lively and engaging forum for boys and girls to compete individually against their peers in football skills. They want every child to be given an equal opportunity to compete therefore registration and the event is free! This event is free and open to ages 6-15 years of age.

When and Where?

Punt Pass and Kick USA will be held on September 18th from 9 am to noon at Riverside Park at Riverside Stadium.

No cleats are allowed for competition, only tennis shoes.

According to Victoria Parks and Registration, registration for this event will remain open up to the day of the event, but participants are asked to register as soon as possible to help with scheduling. Walk-up registrants must bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

The top two athletes in each skill have the chance to compete regionally.

The top two performers in each skill and the top two overall will have the chance to advance to the regional competition.

How long does the competition last?

The skills tests take about 15 minutes to complete, and competitors do not need to stay for the entire competition. Winners will be contacted after the competition, and prizes will be available for pickup the following Monday.
