Robbie Coltrane, Better Known as Hagrid Has Died

Everyone is raising their wands as the Harry Potter fandom mourns the loss of 72-year-old, Robbie Coltrane, better known as Hagrid.

ANNOUNCING THE DEATH

Friday, October 14, 2022, an agency representative confirmed Robbie Coltrane's death. 'Coltrane had been ill and wasn't active recently,' according to William Morris Endeavor, a rep from the late actor's agency.

Belinda Wright, Coltrane's agent said, "As well as being a wonderful actor, he was forensically intelligent, brilliantly witty, and after 40 years of being proud to be called his agent, I shall miss him."

So today raise a wand for a real one.
