
H-E-B Issues Statement About Online Scam That Promises Large Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we are in the day and age of scamming, and it comes at us from all angles. Telephone calls, mail, texts, and now on social media. The latest one to surface is promising large gift cards and or shopping sprees from the Texas giant, H-E-B.
There are currently NO social media promotions from H-E-B.
H-E-B confirmed that there are no current promotions running on Facebook.They also encouraged customers to be wary of anything that isn't promoted on their official social media channels, the app, and the H-E-B website.

This is what a legit H-E-B social media promotion looks like.
Earlier this year, H-E-B launched a huge promotion that gave away groceries for an entire for 120 people. The promotion has now concluded. However, it is the what the post looked like. It was not done via messenger and it was posted directly on the company's social media page.
