Guadalupe River Flood at Victoria, 10:45am
River level
- a. Five people are in the Red Cross shelter at First United Methodist Church.
- b. It is estimated that less than ten homes have river water in them. These homes are in the Old Towne area.
- c. Riverside Park – Parts of McCright Drive were damaged by the river. Riverside Park will remain closed. Notice will be issued when the park reopens.
