Get Ready for Free General’s Playoff Baseball

FREE PLAYOFF BASEBALL IN VICTORIA:

The Victoria Generals have played hard all season long and have earned home-field advantage for the playoff opener on August 4th. It will also be a free Ticket Night.  This free ticket night is presented by Homewood Suites and Victoria Pain and Rehabilitation Center! EVERYONE will be admitted FREE to the game. Gates will open at 6:00 pm with happy hour until first pitch at 7:05 pm.  Come out and support your hometown Victoria Generals as start a run for the 3rd TCL championship!  Tickets will be available for pick-up this Friday, July 23rd at both of these sponsor locations!

THIS WEEKEND:

The Victoria General will kick off a weekend series with the first-place San Antonio Flying Chanclas.  Saturday night will be PURPLE OUT THE PARK presented by Comfort Keepers and Heritage Meat Company!  Jersey auction following the game as the player jerseys will be auctioned off with 100% of the money going to the Alzheimer's Association. Come out and support the Generals as they tune-up for the playoffs!

PLAYER OF THE WEEK:

The Victoria Generals would like to congratulate infielder Cody Cleveland for being selected as TCL Hitter of the Week. Cody had a standout week going 9 for 20 on the week (.450 batting average) with a home run, five runs scored, four runs batted in, two walks, and a pair of stolen bases. The solid week pushed Cody's batting average up .42 on the week and moved him to 4th in hitting in the TCL. Cody now sports a .304 batting average on the season.
