Class on Heart Failure

Citizens Medical Center is offering a free class on heart failure this evening.  This is a public education class entitled "Heart Failure: A Team Approach."  The class will be taught by Dr. Tywaun Tillman and will be held in the Citizens Medical Center Central Classroom from 6-7.  A great resource that is free to you a big thank you to CMC!
