Citizens Medical Center Heart Health Fair

Come out to the CMC's 5th annual  Heart Health Fair tomorrow.   Be a healthier you in 2019!  CMC will be offering free blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol screenings, and visit with professionals to learn about heart health, stroke risks, diabetes, healthy nutrition and much more!  This event takes place from 10-12 in the Citizens Medical Center Lobby and Classrooms.  Click here for more information.
