Sunday CharlieMac Drink Specials

Sunday...or as I like to call it, Monday Eve. The day of rest, but at the same time a reminder that Monday is is bearing down on us. However, that doesn't mean we can't enjoy the weekend and time we have. Make the best of your weekends and go out and have fun. You don't even have to go out to have fun, you can stay at home with friends and/or family and enjoy each other's company. Cook up a great meal, watch some quality programming...have a drink. Not sure what to drink? Maybe these will provide an answer or an idea of what you can make.

BOSTON BURN-OUT (original source)
Ingredients:
1 shot root beer schnapps
4 - 6 drops hot sauce (Tabasco sauce is recommended, but use whatever you want)
1 shot amaretto almond liqueur
1 shot butterscotch schnapps
1 shot Bacardi 151 rum
4 shots Bailey's Irish cream
How To:
In a glass large enough to hold all the ingredients, layer the drinks starting with the Rootbeer Schnapps. Then add the Amaretto, Butterscotch Schnapps and Bacardi 151 dark. Top off with Bailey's Irish Cream. Finally, finish the layering process with 4 to 6 drops (or more for the daring) of selected hot sauce on top. The original recipe calls for you to down the drink in one go, but honestly you take it at your own pace (but if you take a tiny drink, you're going to get the hot sauce that you topped it off with...maybe just take the whole thing as a shot).

Too much alcohol for you? Then maybe this one is more your speed.

BEAUTIFUL ONE (original source)
Ingredients:
1½ ounce Grand Marnier
1½ ounce Hennessy
2 ounces cranberry juice
How To:
Pour the ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Start with the two liquors then add the juice last. After pouring, stir the liquids together and garnish with speared cherries.

However, that one may not have enough alcohol. If that is the case, this recipe should be just the thing you are needing (if you enjoy pineapple)

JAMAICAN ME CRAZY (original source)
Ingredients:
1 ounce Bacardi light rum
1 ounce Malibu rum
1 ounce banana liqueur
1 splash cranberry juice
1 splash pineapple juice
How To:
Pour all ingredients into a glass with ice and then stir it all up.
