Buddy Logan brings that Red Dirt and Texas Country sound to KIXS 108 every Saturday night!   Buddy Logan is first and foremost a lover of Texas Music and he shares why,  “I love real music written and sung by the same person. And story songs,” Buddy says. “The way a Robert Earl Keen or Chris Knight spin a story is pretty much unheard of now. It’s a shame more people don’t get to hear music of that caliber on radio much anymore.” And his infectious passion for the music oozes throughout Radio Texas, LIVE! It’s been a love affair since he first heard Pat Green’s “Carry On” in 2001.

It turns out that we have something in common, I too, am a huge fan of Texas Country music.  I have always been a fan of the realness of Texas Country music.  Pat Green really opened the door to my passion of Texas Country music in the early 2000s with his huge break out hit 'Wave on Wave.'  Today, I follow the new artist to the Texas Country and Red Dirt Scene. So you know, I am jamming with my friend Buddy Logan every Saturday night.
