America’s Largest Indoor Water Park Opens in Round Rock

"America's largest indoor water park" is hosting its grand opening Saturday and it's located right up the road, in Round Rock.  The new resort, Kalahari Resorts, which is already known for its massive indoor water parks, officially opened to guests yesterday.  As a theme park and water park enthusiast, this destination is already on my list.

The new water-park is an authentic African theme.  The massive 350-acre complex features  20 indoor pools, 30 waterslides, and 5 restaurants.  Not only is this an amazing water park, but you can also stay where you play because 975 guest rooms accompany and overlook this indoor paradise. There are also thrill rides, zip lines, climbing walls, mini-golf, bowling, laser tag, and more.   The Kalahari resort is located only 2 and a half hours from Victoria.

The resort also has convention centers, world-class dining, luxurious spas, diverse shopping experiences!  There are adventure, excitement, and memories waiting for you. The attention to detail of the African theming is apparent as soon as you drive up to the resort.  To celebrate the grand opening of the resort, Kalahari welcomed Grammy-nominated singer and mom, Jordin Sparkx to be one of the resort's first guests.
