Why Does Zac Brown Always Wear That Cap?

Think about it... have you ever seen Zac Brown without that cap he wears? Have you ever wondered why he wears it? Well, here's the lowdown.

CMT Daily Roundup says it’s unlikely that you’ll catch Zac Brown on stage without his beanie.  WYCD in Detroit asked Zac some questions from their Twitter followers and one posed the question, “What’s up with the hat?” Zac said, as a singer you have to “nurse yourself” to keep from getting sick. He said, “When I get drafty, cold air in my ears, I would get an earache and get sick.” He also added, with a grin, “If I wear something, it’s because I want to, not because I care about what anyone thinks about it.” The Zac Brown Band is currently on tour with Kenny Chesney. The Goin’ Coastal tour wraps up this weekend with back-to-back shows at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts on Saturday and Sunday.

 Zac Brown Band and Jack Daniel’s whiskey have teamed up to help promote responsible drinking at ZBB concerts during the pre-show Eat & Greets. The partnership also includes a commemorative bottle program that benefits Camp Southern Ground, Zac’s camp for kids with special needs.
