Welcome to the Most Boring City in Texas

You've probably seen or heard people complain that Victoria is boring, and that there's nothing to do around here. Well, that's truly subjective. Really there are plenty of things to do, maybe not as much as in a city like Austin or Houston, but we have a lot to choose from.

Just to give the naysayers some ammunition, Business Insider recently compared stats from the U.S. Census, the number of certain kinds of businesses like breweries, museums and a few others to list the most exciting and the most boring cities in every state and, guess what? Victoria was ranked the most boring city in Texas. Hey, at least we're #1 at something!

The Dallas Metroplex came in as the most exciting city while Victoria was least exciting.
