Victoria Symphony Society Receives Large Donation

All of us at KIXS 108 listen to and support a wide variety of music. We especially appreciate live performance. One of the great things about living in Victoria and the surrounding communities is the vast array of live music available at any given time. The Victoria Advocate reports members of the Victoria Symphony Society accepted a $15,000 donation from Invista in November to celebrate the symphony’s 40th anniversary of bringing a variety of music to the Crossroads. Pictured, from left, are, Geri Schroeder, Victoria Symphony Society president; Amy Hodges, Invista public affairs manager; and Michelle Hall, Victoria Symphony Society executive director.
