I just love this time of year! The produce is beginning to roll in from all of the little gardens and farms in our area. You simply cannot beat a good home growm tomato or squash. That's why I'll be at the Victoria County farmers Market this Saturday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2805 N. Navarro.

They'll have sweet and field corn, tomatoes, green beans, onions, squash, cucumbers, okra, and red potatoes, all grown locally. Also home baked goods, jellies, salsa, honey , eggs, plants and more. For information call 361-550-8377.
