Veterans Day in Edna

The Brackenridge Main Event Center, near Edna, will host a Veterans Day homemade stew and cornbread dinner at 5 p.m. Thursday, followed by a Veterans Ceremony of live music featuring Jenny Wiegand and Debbie Spring, and key note speaker David Gregory, of the U.S. Marine Corps. A fireworks display will close the event. Veterans from all counties are welcome, and the event is free to the public says the Victoria Advocate.
