VC Career Fair Accepting Registrations

Registration is still open for area businesses and industries to take part in Victoria College's 2014 Career Fair on March 26-27. The annual career fair attracts students pursuing careers in public service, business and technology, health professions and industrial trades, among others. At the event, businesses will have access to valuable face-to-face opportunities to recruit qualified, active job-seekers, says the Victoria Advocate. The Victoria public and surrounding communities are invited to attend as well.

Among those area businesses and organizations already signed up to participate are: Dow Chemical, DE Web Works, United Rentals, Gulf Bend Center, VCS Companies, City of Victoria, Regency Healthcare, Wood Group PSN, Citizens Medical Center, Hilton Garden Inn, Victoria Police Department, Bankers Life and Casualty, Texas Veterans Commission, Federal Bureau of Prisons, KAVU-TV, Victoria County Sheriff's Office, APS Personnel Service, Victoria Eye Center, Devereux, Hospice of South Texas, and Texas Department of Criminal Justice, with more businesses registering each day.
