Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall to Be in El Campo

The Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall will be on display Behind Myatt Elementary School on Blossom Meyer Street in El Campo starting Wednesday, July 15th. The names of 58,272 service members who did not survive the Vietnam War are etched on the Wall. Of those service members, 28 are from our local area. Those 28 will be honored with a Memorial Service July 18th. Various other activities will be held throughout the week. On July 19th, there will be a candlelight ceremony saluting all Veterans.
