How much do you tip? Fifteen percent? Twenty? How percent?!?

In this slightly NSFW video, an argument is made for putting an end to tipping altogether. Yes, tipping is as much a part of our world as cell phones, people complaining about politicians and Meryl Streep giving a good performance in a movie, but does that mean it makes sense?

What do you think? Should the concept of gratuity should be sent out to pasture with the likes of VCRs and telephone books? Or should customers continue to fork over more money on top of their meal's cost as a financial means of saying thank you to their server for a job well done?
