This Is Nuts… Until October 16th

Okay, you KNOW you're going to need plenty of pecans and peanuts for your holiday baking and candy making. Why not make it easy on yourself AND support the Victoria Extension Education Association?

The Victoria Extension Education Association's annual pecan and peanut fundraiser will continue through Oct. 16. According to the Victoria Advocate, pecans halves are $50 for a 5-pound box and peanuts are $11 for a three pound cloth bag.

Send orders to Ruby Sellers, 112 Acorn Drive, Victoria, TX 77905. Make checks payable to VEEA and include your telephone number, address and amount of nuts ordered. Pick-up orders will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 16, at the Victoria Electric Co-op Auditorium, 102 S. Ben Jordan St., Victoria.
