I'm a big fan of the guitar slingers. I have nothing against those folks that just sing or just play or stand there and hold a guitar but don't really play (I call them 'human guitar stands'). But nothing impresses me more than someone who can both sing well and tear down a guitar. Brad Paisley is one of the best and it looks as if I'm not the only one who thinks so.
Brad Paisley’s 2012 Virtual Reality Tour rocks on with another weekend of sold-out shows. Since the tour launched in January, Brad has sold out all 12 shows he has played. One of the tour’s highlights is Brad’s performance of his current single “Camouflage,” an ode to a country staple that Brad argues can be quite fashionable. Brad told CMT Daily Roundup, “All of us here in Nashville own a lot. What’s funny is that I don’t go hunting very much, and neither do a lot of the people that wear it. And that’s what the song is about really, sort of that—it’s become this fashion statement! It makes a statement!” The Virtual Reality World Tour continues this week with shows in Lubbock, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico with special guests Scotty McCreery and The Band Perry.
You cam hear Brad Paisley, Scotty McCreery, and The Band Perry every day on KIXS 108.
