Through Ashley Furniture HomeStore's A Hope to Dream program, for every mattress purchased at the company's Victoria or Yoakum locations, $5 goes to provide beds to local children in need, according to an Ashley news release.
Korean War era veterans are invited to take part in the We Remember parade Feb. 1st in downtown Victoria. The parade is for all veterans of the Korean War era, said Ron Kocian, president of Warrrior's Weekend, sponsor of the event.
