It's hard to believe, but the parade almost didn't happen this year! This is the 68th anniversary of the Victoria Livestock Show Parade, held in Downtown Victoria this Saturday at 10am, beginning at Main Street and Goodwin heading toward Church Street and then to Bridge Street, ending on Goodwin and Bridge Streets.

The Victoria Livestock Show parade is back on for Feb. 22. Last week, livestock show officials announced the parade was canceled because of low participation numbers, shortage of man hours and limited funds to rent barricades to block side streets along the parade route.
