Hydro-gliff, a California company that was formed last month and has the same address as Sheen's lawyer, has applied to trademark 22 of Sheen's notorious utterances, such as "Duh, Winning," "Tiger Blood," "Rock Star from Mars" and "I’m Not Bipolar, I’m Bi-Winning."

The former 'Two and a Half Men' star made a surprise appearance on last night's episode of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (and by "surprise," we mean, "crashed an interview with business entrepreneur Mark Cuban").

The visibly, uh, energetic actor made quite the entrance when he planted a kiss on Kimmel's lips, then proceeded to hand out tiger blood t-shirts to members of the audience.
