Tattoos are becoming more and more prevalent these days, with many big fans wanting to show their love for their favorite country music artists in a very ... dedicated ... way. Unfortunately, sometimes that devotion can turn into something to be less than proud of.

While I don't believe having your face tattooed is actually a prerequisite for having the nickname "Mad Dog", I assume it can't hurt your odds of keeping the nickname for years to come. The 27-year-old pictured here is "Mad Dog" Deon and yes, that is a real tattoo of a skull covering his face. That is not Sharpie you see there but actual ink that has been permanently etched int
