This woman obviously doesn't get it.  She says smaller tires make you go faster (because they turn faster), heavier trucks make you go slower, there is a speed difference between manual and auto transmission, cops keep their tires full so you can't go faster than them on your flat tires, and to be in really good shape expect 7 minutes to take you a mile...
