Lately, Lindsay Lohan has been known more for her tabloid antics and jail stints than for being an actress, but that doesn’t mean she won’t defend her “good name” anyway.

Lohan recently filed a defamation lawsuit against rapper Pitbull because of an unflattering line about her that was included in his hit single, ‘Give Me Everything.’

Well, so much for that: A judge ruled Thursday that Lindsay Lohan was only guilty of ‘extremely poor judgment’ after she tested positive last week for alcohol.

Judge Stephanie Sautner also banned Lohan, who is currently under house arrest after she was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace, from a jewelry store in California and from having parties at her house. She is now only allowed to have “one friend over at a time, and your family, should you want them. That is it.”

Lindasy Lohan has apparently decided to get creative while under house arrest.

The troubled actress, who is currently confined to her home for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace, recently filmed a commercial of sorts for a new auctioning website called Beezid.com.

Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino will return to his on-screen mob roots in the much-talked about 'Gotti: Three Generations,' a biopic about infamous mobster John Gotti.

According to EW.com, Pacino will play Aniello John 'Mr. Neil' Dellacroce, consigliere to Carlo Gambino. He'll join the previously cast John Travolta, Kelly Preston and troublemaker Lindsay Lohan, who have signed on to play John, Victoria and Kim Gotti, respectively.
