You knew it was coming, but maybe Jennifer Lopez didn’t want to steal Steven Tyler’s thunder. Just one day after the Aerosmith frontman announced he’s leaving ‘American Idol,’ the lovable judge told Ryan Seacrest that she too will not be returning to the judges’ table.

During an appearance on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Wednesday, ‘American Idol’ producer Nigel Lythgoe confirmed judges Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, and Randy Jackson would be back for season 11 of the show.

“I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of ‘American Idol’ are back for the next season,” he told Seacrest, who happens to be the aforementioned “brilliant host” of ‘Idol.’
