The Jackson County Youth Fair begins next Saturday, October 3rd at the Brackenridge Main Events Center, 284 Brackenridge Parkway, just outside of Edna. Daily admission is $5 for adults and children 6 and up, 5 and under are free.

The 'Jackson County Youth Fair' will be at the Brackenridge Main Events Center, 284 Brackenridge Parkway, outside Edna, starting October 3rd.

The Jackson County Youth Fair kicks off Saturday with a parade through downtown Edna. From first responders with area fire departments to student marching bands, more than 80 entries are expected to participate in the longest running parade in the county. This year marks the 65th anniversary, said Dee Darilek, event organizer.

It's almost time for the 63rd Annual Jackson County Your Fair! It's the fourth year at the Brackenridge Recreational complex Main Even Center.
