Randy Travis won't be spending any time behind bars, as long as he can adhere to the terms of his plea deal entered in regards to his misdemeanor assault case.
Last August, Randy Travis was arrested for suspicion of DWI -- reportedly while naked -- after driving his car into a Texas construction site. On Thursday (Jan. 10), Travis's blood-alcohol test came back, and he will now be formally charged with driving while intoxicated.
Randy Travis was arrested late Tuesday night (Aug. 7) on suspicion of DWI following a car accident in Texas. The country singer suffered minor cuts and bruises after crashing his car, according to TMZ. His vehicle was the only one involved in the accident. He is still in custody as of Wednesday morning.
Keith Gruber of Swan Lake, NY, was an hour and a half late for his 10:30 AM pretrial felony DWI hearing in Sullivan County Court.
It would have probably been best if the 49-year-old didn't show up at all.
