Video of an official placing handcuffs on the wrists of a crying 8-year-old with ADHD has led to the American Civil Liberties Union filing a lawsuit.

"It's not how you start, it's how you finish" would definitely be the mantra this officer would pass on to people.

No one likes to be stopped by the police. Well, except maybe this girl.

Citizens on patrol may have been the subtitle of one of the 'Police Academy' sequels, but it's also an accurate way to describe this guy.

We hear every so often of people calling the 911 Emergency line for things that are far from emergencies; whether it's because their favorite fast food restaurant ran out of chicken nuggets, or they think they're dying from eating too many pot-laced brownies, the stories are nearly endless. But here's a 911 call that will no doubt make you smile!

Are you kidding me.  I had no idea there was such a thing.  This story was already blogged about before here on KIXS.com but I thought I would share again.  I am confused by the charge this kid has.
