I am from Ohio where we had two options for amusement parks, the first was Cedar Point and Kings Island.  I will never forget the rides there including one at Kings Island called "The Beast" which was a all wooden roller coaster.  A little bumpy yes but so much fun!

Texas actually offers quite a few to choose from for summertime fun.  Joyland Amusement Park in Lubbock.  Kemah Boardwalk in Kemah.  Sea World in San Antonio.  Six Flags in Dallas, and San Antonio.  Wonderland Park in Amarillo.  There are others in Texas but not offer roller coasters.

Amusement parks are so much fun and I will forever remember the awesome time I had at Disney World as a kid.  I now have a new rollercoaster ride that I really want to try, however it's located in Japan.  It's called the Takabisha and located at the Fuji-Q Highland Theme Park in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan.  It has a drop angle of 121 degree which is the steepest in the world.  It looks like so much fun and I have to ride it someday.

The first video is the ride from Japan and the second is from Cedar Point in Ohio which is one of my favorite rides.  Enjoy!
