Last night the San Antonio Spurs made a stop at the American Airline Center in South Beach and took care of business.  The Spurs defeat the Heat by the score of 1119-101.    Although the Heat got within 7 in the fourth, the Spurs went beast mode and blew the game open. . LaMarcus Aldridge scored 28 points, Kawhi Leonard added 23 and the Spurs got seven points on one possession to help them beat the Heat 119-101 on Tuesday night.   Aldridge was named Western Conference player of the week and the whole team is stepping up.  Duncan has been out for around 3 weeks and Manu Ginobili has been ruled out for 4-6 weeks.  While this may be the case it's business as usual for the Spurs as they improve to 44-8, only the Warriors have a better record at 47-4.  The Spurs play tonight in Orlando, this will be their last game before the All Star Break.  Go Spurs Go!
