Spring Time Is Backyard Party Time!

I was talking with Melissa, one of my coworkers, and she was talking about getting ready for her big Easter Party at her house. I asked her what she would be serving. She told me she had learned ‘the hard way’ to make it as simple as possible and still make something delicious that everyone might enjoy. I thought I would share some of her recipes with you. This one looks really good:
MAKES 4 cups dip
PREP TIME: 10 Minute(s)
CHILL TIME: 2 Hour(s)
INGREDIENTS
|
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry |
PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill for about 2 hours. I usually buy a sweet bread bowl and hollow out the inside of the bowl and fill with the spinach dip. Everyone loves the sweet bread with the spinach dip. You can also serve with crackers or chips. Enjoy!!
If you have a recipe you would like to share please email me at joeburris@townsquaremedia.com. Happy munching!!
