Shiner FFA Stock Show Friday

The 'Shiner FFA Stock Show' begins at 8am Friday. The stock show takes place at Green-Dickson Municipal Park in Shiner. Scheduled activities are as follows; 8 a.m. - Weigh in 9 a.m. - Judging begins (Broilers, swine, sheep and cattle)

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. -- Barbecue, sponsored by Shiner Young Farmers Chapter. $8 plates consist of 1/2 a chicken with all the trimmings.

7:30 p.m. - Sale begins
