This annual program has expanded to all the communities that Pioneer Natural Resource has done business in and around the Victoria area, says the Victoria Advocate. VBEC will be accepting 100 students from regional school districts along with 30 high school and college student leaders.

The conference is now only $50 to attend because Pioneer Natural Resources has graciously provided a $100 scholarship on behalf of all participants, covering the majority of the actual $150 conference fee. Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided each day along with many great activities. Student participants will experience dynamic speakers, a rock wall climb, recreation, a community service project and a water party. Daily themes include Goals and Dreams, Success that Matters, Servant Leadership and Obedience.

Invista and Dow Chemical will host a science day, highlighting interactive experiments and demonstrations.
