Victoria Indie Film Fest Begins Tomorrow

The  "Victoria Texas Indie Film Fest" begins Thursday at multiple locations. Films will be shown at the Welder Center, 214 N. Main St.; Victoria Library, 302 N. Main St.; and Pop Up Graffiti Theater, 209 W. Constitution St.
