Murder Suspects Sought by Crime Stoppers

Crime Stoppers needs your help. In the early morning hours of Oct. 24, 2003, 14-year-old Robert Licerio Jr. was shot and killed in his home in the 3100 block of Sam Houston Drive. Licerio was shot several times through a window of the home by one or more people. Witnesses at the scene reported seeing a small, dark-colored car occupied by several people speeding away from the location
