Moe Bandy may live in Missouri, but his heart is still in Texas. The classic country musician is back in Texas for the next week, touring across the state and making a stop in Victoria, a place he hasn't visited in nearly 15 years.

Moe Bandy and The Rodeo Clowns is performing a sold-out show at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Leo J. Welder Center. The concert is part of the fifth annual Charity Concert Series, which benefits the Bluebonnet Youth Ranch, Victoria Lion's Club and the Leo J. Welder Center.

The Victoria Advocate quotes Bandy as saying, " just want to have a good time, and I want everyone to come out. I look forward to that, and I really like working with the audience and getting the audience going. (When I was first in Victoria,) we played a golf tournament, and they were very supportive. The response was fantastic. I'm looking forward to it. That part of the country is like home to me."
