Victoria residents have seen an increasing amount of growth in the past few years. Horizon Pediatric Therapy is excited to be a new part of this wonderful community. The vision at Horizons Pediatric Therapy is to awaken the opportunity for an individual to communicate needs, wants, desires, and feelings at all stages of development through a total communication approach from birth to the age of 21. The goal every day at Horizons Pediatric Therapy is to restore hope in children and their families through providing speech and language therapy services. Providing services for families on an individual, more personal basis is our commitment to our patients and their families. The ability to bring joy and excitement in a child’s eyes is the most rewarding part of our job! It is our vision, as a therapy clinic, to awaken this opportunity.

Horizon Pediatric Therapy quickly learned that many private insurance policies are no longer covering speech and language therapy treatment services for developmentally delayed children. At Horizons Pediatric Therapy, they are committed to never turn away a family because of the inability to pay for services. This is where they need the community to come together and support these amazing children and their hard working families!

Tara Laging is very excited to announce their first annual “Love is the Universal Language!” fundraiser to also raise money for patients and their families who need financial assistance to pay for therapy services.  Their event will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015 at The Club Westerner in Victoria TX. The evening will include hors d’oeuvers, raffle drawing, a live auction at 8pm and silent auction, and live entertainment provided by The Scott Taylor Band! Tickets are $20.00 each.

Their foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and one-hundred percent of proceeds donated will be in a separate fundraiser account. Any patients requesting financial assistance will be required to complete the scholarship application process before any funds can be disbursed by our Board of Trustees.
