Lady Antebellum has a lot on the calendar in the next few months. In addition to releasing their fourth studio album, 'Golden,' on May 7, the trio's front woman Hillary Scott will welcome a baby girl into the world. Luckily, pregnancy didn't distract Scott from putting out a great collection of new tunes with Lady A.

While some women tend to get exhausted during their pregnancies, carrying a baby seemed to give Scott more energy.

“I personally thought Hillary sang the best she’s ever sang on this record,” Lady A's Dave Haywood told GACTV. “There’s a lot more charisma, and I think there’s a lot of excitement. Being pregnant has given her this newfound excitement and empowerment knowing that she’s bringing a new child into this world very soon.”

The award-winning trio has already released 'Downtown' as the first single from the album. It's spent two weeks at the top of the charts.

When May 7 rolls around the country trio will hold their 'Golden' release party at McKittrick Hotel in New York City. The event will include an intimate performance from the 'Need You Now' hitmakers, which will benefit a non-profit organization called Musicians On Call.

Musicians on Call brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. After officially releasing their new album, Lady A will make a donation to Musicians on Call on behalf of LadyAid, the group's foundation that raises awareness for impoverished children all over the world.

'Golden' is currently available for pre-order on iTunes. With each order, fans will receive a free download of the track 'Goodbye Town' from the record.
