John Metz to Speak on Hurricanes This Evening

We are right in the middle of hurricane country. It's just a fact that we accept here in the Coastal Bend. We also accept the fact that it is important to be prepared in the event of a hurricane in our area.

John Metz from the National Weather Service will speak about hurricanes this evening at 5:30pm at the Museum of the Coastal Bend, 2200 East Red River in Victoria. he will cover such questions as "How do we know where they’re going?" and "How can you prepare yourself and your family?" Come get ready for hurricane season!  Donations will be accepted.
