Hallettsville Art Club To Meet

The Hallettsville Art League invites everyone interested in art, whether they dabble in art or simply enjoy art, to its next meeting, Thursday at 6pm at the Lavaca Historical Museum, 1205 N. Texana Street in Hallettsville,. After a business meeting, Gene Grant will demonstrate his techniques for blending pencil lines for shading and contrast. A self-taught artist, Gene does beautiful portraits as well as detailed illustrations worthy of publication. There will be refreshments and a social period after the presentation.
