The Port O'Connor Grand Slam Cook-Off is all day Saturday at King Fisher Beach and includes the following categories: brisket, ribs, chicken, beans, chili, gumbo and other (sweet/sour). The proceeds from this cook-off will go toward supporting the fishing tournament to be held in October. Admission is free.
